Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.
Products intended for U.S. customers are transferred in bulk to a U.S. warehouse operated by our fulfillment partner, ZTO International. Orders placed through deazu.shop are picked, packed, and dispatched from U.S. inventory.
Standard delivery normally takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Orders of $70 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping. A flat $5 USD standard shipping fee applies to orders below $70 USD.
Eligible products may be returned by mail within 30 calendar days after delivery. Approved returns are sent to a designated return facility within the United States.
Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with the original packaging and included items.
Deazu covers approved return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns. No restocking fee is charged.
