This Shipping Policy explains the locations we ship to, order processing times, shipping rates, estimated delivery times, tracking information, delivery issues, and other conditions that apply to orders placed through our official website.
This policy applies to all eligible orders placed through Deazu and shipped to customers in the United States.
1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Deazu currently sells and ships products to customers within the United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping or delivery to destinations outside the United States.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate U.S. delivery address when placing an order.
2. SHIPPING ORIGIN
All customer orders are fulfilled and shipped from within the United States.
Deazu products are manufactured in China; however, the manufacturing address shown on our website is provided only to disclose the location where the products are manufactured.
The China manufacturing address is not:
- A customer shipping location;
- An order fulfillment location;
- A customer service address;
- A return address.
Customer orders are not shipped directly from the China manufacturing address.
3. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
Orders placed after normal business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Order processing may include:
- Payment verification;
- Order confirmation;
- Product preparation;
- Address verification;
- Packaging;
- Handover to the shipping carrier.
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
During holidays, promotional periods, periods of high order volume, severe weather, or other unexpected circumstances, processing may take longer than usual. If a significant delay affects an order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer using the contact information provided at checkout.
4. SHIPPING RATES
Deazu offers the following standard shipping rates for orders delivered within the United States:
Orders of $70 USD or more
Orders with an eligible merchandise subtotal of $70.00 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Shipping cost: $0.00 USD
Orders below $70 USD
Orders with an eligible merchandise subtotal below $70.00 USD are charged a flat standard shipping fee of $5.00 USD.
Shipping cost: $5.00 USD
The free-shipping threshold is calculated using the merchandise subtotal:
- After applicable discounts have been applied;
- Before sales tax;
- Excluding shipping charges;
- Excluding gift cards or other non-physical items, where applicable.

The shipping fee displayed during checkout is the final applicable shipping charge for the selected order and delivery address.
Google defines a free-shipping threshold as the minimum order price required to qualify for free delivery. The threshold currency must match the product currency, and conflicting thresholds should not be submitted for the same country.
5. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME
After an order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier, standard delivery normally takes approximately:

The estimated total time from order placement to delivery is therefore approximately:

Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
The actual delivery date may vary depending on:
- The customer’s delivery location;
- Carrier service availability;
- Weather conditions;
- U.S. federal holidays;
- Seasonal order volume;
- Address accuracy;
- Transportation interruptions;
- Other circumstances outside Deazu’s reasonable control.
Google calculates estimated delivery time using handling time and transit time. The delivery estimate shown to customers should therefore use the same processing and transit periods configured in Merchant Center.
6. ORDER CUTOFF AND BUSINESS DAYS
Orders may begin processing after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or after the applicable daily processing period may be treated as having been received on the next business day.
For purposes of this policy:
- Processing business days are Monday through Friday;
- Carrier delivery schedules may vary;
- Weekends and public holidays are not included in the stated processing time;
- A carrier may deliver on weekends in some areas, but weekend delivery is not guaranteed.
7. SHIPPING CARRIERS
Deazu uses suitable shipping carriers and fulfillment partners for deliveries within the United States.
The carrier used for a particular order may depend on:
- Delivery address;
- Package size;
- Package weight;
- Product availability;
- Fulfillment location;
- Carrier service availability.
Once an order has been shipped, the available tracking information will identify the carrier responsible for delivery.
8. ORDER TRACKING
When tracking information is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number or tracking link.
Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving the shipping confirmation for the carrier’s tracking system to display updated information.
Tracking updates are controlled by the shipping carrier and may not appear immediately after the package is collected.
Customers may contact Deazu if tracking information has not updated for an extended period or if additional assistance is needed.
9. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Before completing an order, customers should confirm:
- Recipient name;
- Street address;
- Apartment, suite, or unit number;
- City;
- State;
- ZIP code;
- Telephone number;
- Email address.
Deazu is not responsible for delivery delays, returned packages, or failed delivery attempts caused by incomplete, incorrect, or outdated address information supplied by the customer.
10. ADDRESS CHANGES
Customers who need to correct a shipping address should contact us as soon as possible at:
Address changes are not guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Once an order has shipped, Deazu may be unable to redirect or change the delivery address.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
11. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
The shipping carrier may:
- Leave the package at the delivery address;
- Deliver it to a secure location;
- Leave a delivery notice;
- Attempt delivery again;
- Hold the package at a carrier facility;
- Return the package to the sender after unsuccessful delivery attempts.
Customers are responsible for following carrier instructions and collecting packages held for pickup within the carrier’s stated time period.
12. ORDERS MARKED AS DELIVERED
If carrier tracking shows that an order has been delivered but the customer cannot locate the package, the customer should first:
- Check the mailbox, porch, entrance, reception area, parcel locker, and other secure delivery locations;
- Ask household members, building staff, or neighbors whether they accepted the package;
- Confirm that the shipping address on the order is correct;
- Allow up to 24 hours, as some carriers may mark a package delivered shortly before physical delivery;
- Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery information;
- Contact Deazu if the package still cannot be located.
Deazu will provide reasonable assistance with the investigation. However, a carrier status showing successful delivery does not automatically qualify an order for an immediate refund or replacement.
Each claim will be reviewed using the tracking information, delivery confirmation, carrier findings, order details, and other available evidence.
13. LOST PACKAGES
A package may be considered potentially lost if tracking does not update for an unusual period or if the carrier confirms that the shipment cannot be located.
Customers should contact Deazu at:

- Description of the issue.
We may contact the carrier or fulfillment provider to investigate.
If the carrier or fulfillment provider confirms that the package was lost in transit, Deazu will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
14. DAMAGED PACKAGES
Customers should inspect their order promptly after delivery.
If a package or product arrives damaged, contact Deazu as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours after delivery.
Please provide clear photographs showing:
- The outer shipping package;
- The shipping label;
- The damaged product;
- The damaged area;
- The internal packaging;
- All items included in the shipment.
Customers should keep the product, packaging, and shipping materials until the claim has been reviewed.
After verification, Deazu may provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
Reporting damage within 48 hours helps us investigate carrier and fulfillment issues. It does not reduce any eligible rights provided under our Return & Refund Policy.
15. INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS
If an order contains an incorrect product or is missing an item, contact customer service promptly.
Please provide:
- Order number;
- Product received;
- Product expected;
- Photographs of the package and contents;
- Photograph of the shipping label;
- Any other requested supporting information.
After verification, Deazu will provide an appropriate resolution.
16. DELIVERY DELAYS
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
- Severe weather;
- Natural disasters;
- Carrier interruptions;
- Transportation delays;
- Labor disruptions;
- Public holidays;
- High seasonal demand;
- Security inspections;
- Address problems;
- Regional service limitations.
A delay that remains within the estimated delivery period does not normally qualify an order for cancellation or refund.
If a shipment experiences a substantial delay, customers may contact us for assistance.
17. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Some orders may be divided into multiple packages because of product availability, package size, or fulfillment requirements.
Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because an eligible order is divided into multiple shipments.
Separate tracking information may be provided for each package.
18. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Customers may request an order cancellation before the order has been processed or shipped.
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed because order preparation may begin shortly after payment confirmation.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

19. REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a customer refuses a package or a package is returned because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or failure to collect the package, the order will be reviewed after the returned shipment is received.
Original shipping fees may not be refundable in these situations.
Any additional carrier charges or reshipping costs may be deducted from the refund or charged before reshipment where permitted by applicable law.
20. SALES TAX
Applicable sales tax may be calculated during checkout based on the order information and delivery destination.
Sales tax is separate from shipping charges and does not count toward the $70 free-shipping threshold.

Deazu may update this Shipping Policy when necessary to reflect operational, carrier, service, or legal changes.
The policy applicable to an order is normally the version published on our website at the time the order was placed, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
