For Deazu standard shipping, orders with an eligible merchandise subtotal of $70.00 USD or more after discounts qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below $70.00 USD are charged a flat $5.00 USD standard shipping fee.

9. ORDERS

An order submitted through our website is an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is not considered fully accepted until:

• Payment has been successfully authorized;
• Order information has been reviewed;
• Product availability has been confirmed;
• The order has entered fulfillment.

After placing an order, the customer may receive an automated confirmation email. This email confirms receipt of the order but does not guarantee acceptance or shipment.

11. PAYMENT

Payment must be completed using an available payment method presented at checkout.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that:

Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers. Deazu does not directly store complete payment card information when transactions are processed through those providers.

13. SHIPPING

Deazu currently ships to customers within the United States only.

All customer orders are fulfilled and shipped from within the United States.

Standard shipping rates are:

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.

After processing, standard delivery generally takes approximately 3–7 business days.

The estimated total delivery time is approximately 4–10 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address problems, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

14. TITLE AND RISK OF LOSS

Where permitted by applicable law, responsibility for the package transfers according to the carrier’s delivery process and applicable consumer protection requirements.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but the customer cannot locate it, the customer should promptly:

• Check the delivery location;
• Ask household members, neighbors, or building staff;
• Contact the shipping carrier;
• Contact Deazu for assistance.

Each delivery issue will be reviewed using available tracking data, carrier information, and order records.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Deazu accepts eligible return requests submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Eligible returned products must generally be:

• Approved by customer service before shipment.

Return shipping rules are:

• Deazu covers approved return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items;
• Customers are responsible for return shipping for change-of-mind, preference, or non-defective returns;
• No restocking fee is charged for eligible returns.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, generally within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.

16. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Customers should inspect products promptly after delivery.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours after delivery.

Cancellation cannot be guaranteed because fulfillment may begin shortly after payment confirmation.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot normally be canceled and must be handled under the Return & Refund Policy.
